Knowledge Hub at CmF has been set up to fill up the knowledge gaps in the sector by conducting research studies and compiling and making available research studies. These research studies encompass Government policy documents, mF reports, success stories and other experiences that are useful for mF practitioners to plan and implement programmes.

Knowledge Hub disseminates these studies through conferences, workshops and publications. It reviews its research agenda regularly to keep pace with the development and knowledge gaps in the sector.

Rajasthan microFinance Sector Report

This report gives a comprehensive picture of the current status of microFinance in Rajasthan. It covers the status, prospects, challenges and potential of microfinance in the State.

Study on the Quality of SHGs in Rajasthan

This study aims at generating a roadmap for addressing quality issues in the SHG movement in Rajasthan. CmF undertook this study jointly with APMAS to identify major quality issues related to SHGs, SHG federations, banks involved with SHGs etc. The study also focuses on identifying capacity building needs of SHGs.

Study on SHG Federations in Rajasthan

This study aims at understanding the existing structures, role of the promoting organizations, institutional needs of federations and status of SHG clusters and federations in Rajasthan. The study looks at different models of SHG federations, capacity building needs, gaps and future needs, issues and challenges faced and possible strategies to promote SHG federations.
