  Jaipal Singh designated Executive Director of CmF, holds a BSc degree in Agriculture and a PGDRM from IRMA. He has hands on experience in the Development sector (NDDB, NTGCF and ARAVALI) since 20 years and deserves a mention. He is associated with CmF since inception and is committed to serve the deprived in Rajasthan to uplift their economic and social status through microFinance led growth. His areas of interest include Natural Resource Management, livelihood promotion and microFinance.
 
  Sourav Roy, Program Coordinator - Certificate Course in MicroFinance Management and Development, has done a B.Sc in forestry and holds a Masters in Social work from TISS, Mumbai. He has worked with PRADAN for 3 years and has hands on experience in the microFinance sector in Rajasthan as he was worked with ARAVALI, Jaipur since 3 years as a Group Coordinator. His areas of interest include Development Training and Institutional Building.
 
  Moti Lal Pagaria, Course Coordinator - Certificate Course in MicroFinance Management and Development, has done an M.Sc in Dairy Science from Udaipur University and holds a Programme for Management in Agriculture from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has worked with Bank of Baroda for 31 years as Agriculture officer, Faculty Member Apex College BOB, Ahmedabad & Chief Manager Planning & Development BOB Jonal office Jaipur.
 
Kumar Ranjan Parhi - Programme Officer Western Rajasthan initiative has done a M.Sc in Agriculture from OUAT.He has 6 years of rich experience in promoting grass root level institutions with the tribal population in Jharkhand. Kumar has a niche for working with the marginalized and community based institutions and has developed successful and financially sustainable community based models in the tribal areas of Gumla Jharkhand.

 
  Anil Kumar Singh, is  an enthusiastic young professional serving CmF since May 2007 in the capacity of Programme Officer spearheading verticals like Banking & Financial Services, Risk Mitigation and Pilot Project with Govt. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRM, Jaipur. He has worked earlier with Aide-et-Action and is committed to work for the overall development of the Society. His areas of interest include microFinance, livelihood, and Advocacy.
 
  Ajay Kumar Singh has joined CmF as Programme Associate in April 2009. He is a Science graduate from Purvanchal University, Jaunpur (U.P). He holds a PGDM degree with specialization in Rural Marketing from FMS-IRM, Jaipur. He has worked as an intern with BASIX INDIA LTD, Alwar and Dainik Bhaskar, Jaipur. His interest areas are Microfinance and SHG promotion.

 
Vijaylaxmi Sharma has been a part of the team since June 2009. Before joining CmF Vijaya was working with IBTADA in Alwar and has 11 years experience of working in microFinance Sector. At CmF she is involved with the urban poor initiative programme based in Jaipur. She holds bachelors degree in Arts from Rajasthan University.

 
Manish Bijalwan - Programme Associate Western Rajasthan initiative has done a B.Sc in Mathematics and holds a PGDRD degree from XISS .He has worked with BASIX, AXIS Bank and ACCESS development services on issues of livelihood promotion, rural banking and microfinance before Joining Centre for Microfinance. His core competency lies in Microfinance and livelihood promotion.

 
  Indrani Gupta, has joined the organization as Programme Associate in Risk Mitigation. She is a M. Sc. in Environmental Science from Pune University. She is also a Post master’s course from IIFM, Bhopal with specialization in Natural Resource Management. She has worked as training expert with CGDPRP, Chhattisgarh for 1 Year and has hands on experience in the common Interest Groups and she has worked with GRAVIS, Jodhpur since 2 Years as a Programme Coordinator.
 
  Aarti Bhardwaj, has joined the organization as Programme Associate in People’s Institution. She is a Post Graduate with Political Science & LLB from Rajasthan University. She is also a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rajasthan University. She has worked as General Manager (Admin) Bharat Mineral & Chemical Industries, Alwar and Voluntary work with IBTADA, Alwar since one years.
 
Govind Akar, is involved with the administration functions  at CmF. Prior to this he was with Vishakha where he served for 13 years as a Office Coordinator. He has bachelors degree in History, Economics and Political Science from Rajasthan University.


 
Dilip Verma, Accounts Officer has done his Masters in Commerce. He has also worked with Morarka Foundation. He has 13 years of hands on experience in maintaining Accounts.
