Jaipal Singh designated Executive Director of CmF, holds a BSc degree in Agriculture and a PGDRM from IRMA. He has hands on experience in the Development sector (NDDB, NTGCF and ARAVALI) since 20 years and deserves a mention. He is associated with CmF since inception and is committed to serve the deprived in Rajasthan to uplift their economic and social status through microFinance led growth. His areas of interest include Natural Resource Management, livelihood promotion and microFinance.
 

 

Sourav Roy - General Manager, has done a B.Sc in forestry and holds a Masters in Social work from TISS, Mumbai. He has worked with PRADAN for 3 years and has hands on experience in the microFinance sector in Rajasthan as he was worked with ARAVALI, Jaipur since 3 years as a Group Coordinator. His areas of interest include Development Training and Institutional Building.

 

 

Damodar Mishra - General Manager, has done B.Com (Hons) from University of Delhi and PGDRM from IIRM, Jaipur. He has worked with NIDAN for 4 years 5 months and ANARDE Foundation for 5 Years 5 months. His areas of focus are applied Microfinance, Bank Linkage, Fund Raising, Micro Credit, Micro Insurance, Micro Pension, Remittance, Livelihoods and micro enterprise.
 

Kumar Ranjan Parhi – Senior Programme Officer Western Rajasthan initiative, has done a M.Sc in Agriculture from OUAT. He has 6 years of rich experience in promoting grass root level institutions with the tribal population in Jharkhand. Kumar has a niche for working with the marginalized and community based institutions and has developed successful and financially sustainable community based models in the tribal areas of Gumla Jharkhand.
 

 

Anil Kumar Singh – Senior Programme Officer, is an enthusiastic young professional serving CmF since May 2007 in the capacity of Programme Officer spearheading verticals like Banking & Financial Services, Risk Mitigation and Pilot Project with Govt. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRM, Jaipur. He has worked earlier with Aide-et-Action and is committed to work for the overall development of the Society. His areas of interest include microFinance, livelihood, and Advocacy.
 

 

Manoj Kumar Agarwal - Senior Programme Officer, has done BE in Agricultural Engineering and M.Tech in post harvest Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur (WB). He is also cleared NET and GATT. He has worked with Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology for 3 years and with SRIJAN for 6 years 5 months. Manoj’s focus areas have been Watershed management, Agriculture, Dairy and Livelihood Financing.
 

 

Satish Thakur - Senior Programme Associate, has done B.Sc in mathematics and MBA in Agri Business from Jawaharlal Neharu Krishi. He has worked with DHAN Foundation for 3 Years 4 Months and he is working with PRADAN since 1 year 6 months. His focus areas have been Community Institutions, Banking & Setting up of Farmers agri-cooperative.
 

 

Roma Bhujabal – Programme Associate, has done B. A. (Honours) Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. She has been a volunteer at National Association for Blind (NAB), New Delhi and has been associated with PRAVAH, Delhi since 2007. In 2010 she joined IL&FS Cluster Development Initiative, New Delhi as Coordinator of Livelihood Projects. Roma has joined CmF, Jaipur as Programme Associate, Research & Knowledge Management.
 

 

Vikas Paliwal has joined the organization as Programme Associate in July’2010. He has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Rajasthan Technical University and has worked with BDO Consulting Pvt limited and BASIX. His competency lies in Risk Advisory Services.


 

Mukesh Sharma – Programme Associate, has done MBA (Marketing and Finance) from Rajasthan Technical University. He has worked with Seva Mandir and Basix (IGS) for more than 3 years in Community based Micro finance & livelihood promotions. His competency lies in Livelihood promotions and Micro finance.

 

Yuri Mishra - Programme Associate, has done Bachelor of Hotel Management and holds a Post graduate Diploma in Rural Management from FMS-IRM, Jaipur. He has worked with Basix India Microfinance and Livelihoods for 1 year 10 months and 5 years work experience with service industry. His focus area is entrepreneurship development in social enterprises.
 

Govind Akar – Administrative Officer, is involved with the administration functions at CmF. Prior to this he was with Vishakha where he served for 13 years as a Office Coordinator. He has bachelor degree in History, Economics and Political Science from Rajasthan University.


 

Dilip Verma, Accounts Officer has done his Masters in Commerce. He has also worked with Morarka Foundation. He has 13 years of hands on experience in maintaining Accounts.
